How to improve your balance ?
The way I improved my balance was standing on one foot for 1 min every day for a month, e.g above pic Crane Stance. Then I started doing kick movements soft style while staying on 1 foot not putting the other down. Focussed more on keeping balance not how hard or fast I could kick. Now I go through a variety of movements, both soft and hard while keeping my balance on one foot, and it has drastically improved my balance.
