Taking a break till Sifu comes back. Hope he likes what he sees here. Strange, why am I the only one in here ? LOL!

Yo! I'm here too. I've been learning from Sifu Jacky who is a skillful and humble Sifu with lots of patience and dedication. I joined beginner's 108 class in 2008 and have been fitter than ever since recovering from cance in 2006. Practicing Wu taiji seriously will benefit one's well being and there's no room for complacency to ignore one's health. Sifu always quote Master Wong Choo Yam's advice that each session of Wu 108 taiji exercise is 10 cents into the pocket of one's health assurance.
