Tai Chi Chuan (also known as Taijiquan but commonly known as just Tai Chi or Taiji) is a beautiful Chinese exercise and art form with great health benefits for all people of all ages. Firm and solid on the inside, soft and yielding on the outside. Classes are conducted everyday except Sunday, It's important not to miss any training classes, which will enable you in time to perform the 108 movement slowly softly and gracefully.
