Tai Chi Push Hands
Sometimes referred to as kneading hands or sticking hands, this supplementary program is part of our Tai Chi program. Pushing Hands is for the refinement of body postures and execution of movement. The focus is on finding one's natural body strength through the interpretation, redirection and absorption of force. Training includes single and double pushing hands in fixed and moving steps done with a partner. This is an essential exercise for higher achievement in martial arts and a prerequisite for many competitions.
